GL Account not found in GL Master error is received when adding an allocation code with a valid account

Error is returned if the record is saved before tabbing past the account fields

Work ticket MUN-433917 is open with development to address the error

To avoid the error, after entering a valid munis account, tab to the Percent field and then the record will save as expected
