Description of Issue

Form uses a department lookup for emailing a specified department head and the email listed needs to be changed.

Department heads have changed and emails need to go to the correct department head for Purchase Order forms.



Resolution

Contact Tyler Forms Support or open a support case with Tyler Forms Support noting the department number and corresponding email address that needs to be updated.
