• User enters a period higher than 1 in Year/Period in report options

• The output shows year to date but user is expecting month to date to display

• Print Journal Detail is unchecked

• Print MTD version is unchecked

To report on a specific period:

1. Click Search or (Seg)ment Find

2. Define fields (optional)

3. Accept

4. Report Options

5. Enter [period] higher than 1 in Year/Period

6. Click Print MTD version check box

7. Accept

8. Back/Return/Close

9. Export report
