Description of Issue

Forms are failing to print with error Error processing ReadyForms documents



Context

Cause

An image file the ReadyForms template is using is too large 



Resolution

  1. Navigate to Tyler Menu > ReadyForms > ReadyForms Administration

  2. Open the template that is failing to generate

  3. Click the Export button located in the top right corner of the template

  4. Click Accept on the Export Form dialog box

  5. Unzip the .zip file that was just exported

  6. Open the Assets folder

  7. Open the Logo and Signature image files with a photo program that can resize images

  8. Resize the image to a smaller MP and save the image

  9. Drag and drop the new image files to their respective locations on the Form Design tab on the template



Additional Information

This error can also be caused by an image file being in an unsupported format. Using the .png format is suggested
