The program automatically selects this check box for any project code that is greater than five characters in length

• Any code flagged as Project Ledger Use Only cannot be used as part of a general ledger account

• This checkbox cannot be manually updated

• Project Codes larger than 5 digits cannot be used as part of a GL account

  • They can still be used in journal detail entry for debit/credit amount allocations to Project Expense or Funding source strings.
