Error in Payroll Check Reconciliation - Error selecting account segments

I am trying to clear payroll checks and get an error in Payroll Check Reconciliation.

• Payroll Control Settings

• Run Control 

Invalid GL account defined in Payroll Control Settings for Default Cash Account.

1. Go to Payroll Control Settings. (Payroll>Payroll Administration>Payroll Control Settings)

   1. Will open in a browse screen.

2. Find and click the setting for GL Posting - Default Cash Account. 

3. Click Update. Define the correct GL Account in the Value field. Click Accept.
