PDF option within Employee Accruals does not show all Accrual Types

Description of Issue

I typically create a PDF report from within Employee Accruals by searching for the employee and clicking the PDF option to see the liability. We added a new accrual type that does not show in that PDF that is attached to the employee.

Cause

The PDF option within Employee Accruals will show only nine accrual types, starting in numerical order then will go to alphabetical. (example 1-Vacation, 2-Sick, up to 9, then A-Comp Time, B-Personal, etc)

Resolution
  1. Go to Employee Accruals Report (Payroll>Accrual Processing>Employee Accrual Report)
  2. Use Accrual Liability Report article for instructions on creating the Flexible Period Liability Report.
