Payroll clerk is unable to move batches to payroll - Error No Permissions Pay

I have a payroll clerk who is unable to move Time Entry into the payroll. They are getting an error report. 

No Permissions Pay: 4585/    Employee 4585

• Payroll

• Time Entry

• Roles

The user's payroll role did not have Move Batches checked on the Time Entry Tab.

1. Go to User Attributes (System Administration>Security>User Attributes)

2. Search for the user. Click Accept. Click on the appropriate Role that provides payroll access. Click Edit Role.

3. Click HR Management/Payroll.

4. Click Update. Click the Time Entry tab. 

5. Check the Move Batches checkbox. Click Accept. 

Note - All users linked to this role will now have access to move batches into payroll
