Description of Issue
Abatement posting report shows NO CHG and a blank amount for one or more records. Batch will not post to the General Ledger.

Cause
The abatement(s) showing NO CHG have no dollar amount associated with them. Zero dollar abatements are not allowed by the system.
Resolution
In Abatement Entry, under the Charges screen, update the charges to show an abated amount if one is desired. If no abatement is desired, for example if a record was added in error, delete the abatement instead.
