Description of Issue
When setting the Purge process up through the TCM Full Client, the Marked Purgeable job generates, but it never runs to ultimately remove the chosen documents.

- Purge
Cause
The "Purge Hold Days" setting is set to 7, meaning TCM is keeping the documents an additional 7 days before they are purged from the system.
Resolution
In order to purge the documents immediately, the "Purge Hold Days" setting needs to be set to 0. A numeric value does have to be entered into this field in order for the purge to run as it can not be left blank.
This field can be modified by logging into the TCM Full Client with administrative rights and following the below steps:
- Click on the Administration tab > iDoc Documents > Purge Documents
- Here you will find the "Purge Hold Days" setting. This is where you can adjust the days as needed.
