Description of Issue

Deleting docs from EERP does not remove then from TCM when TCM permissions don't allow to delete

A grant was created and immediately had TCM attachments linked to it



Context

Cause

TCM permissions do not allow for document deletion

Resolution

Work ticket MUN-433471 is open with development to address this issue. As a workaround, TCM Permissions can be adjusted to allow for document deletion, if that is desired. 



Additional Information

Munis does not have a way to reconcile those orphaned TCM records

Do not update TCM access groups to be different than they are labeled in Munis
