This is a Munis defect.

Download MUN-429000 from the MIU or Tyler Deploy when available.

A workaround to this issue would be to temporarily uncheck the Auto-post approved invoices setting in the Accounts Payable Settings program. This will allow the invoice(s) to be approved and then manually posted.
