Confirm no images are defined in Tyler 311 Mobile Settings

  • Tyler 311

  • Enterprise Service Request

Cause

Informational 



Resolution

  1. Go to Administration

  2. Select Citizen Engagement

  3. Select the Mobile Tab

  4. If My Civic is being used Tyler 311 Mobile Settings should not have images defined

  5. Remove any Background Images

  6. Remove any Banner Images

  7. Click Save
