Applicant Tracking Education Information not pulling through to Munis Applicant Master





Description of Issue

Applicants are able to submit an application but no information is built in the Applicant Master Education folder.



Context
  • Self Service Application

  • Application Education



Cause

Incorrect setup with the Education module in the Self Service Application.



Resolution
  1. Navigate to Self Service Application

    • Menu > Human Capital Management > Recruiting > Self Service Application

  2. Locate specific Application record

  3. Access Education module within the Self Service Application

  4. Ensure the following items are present in the Application:

    • Institute (Code) - Educational Institution (Description)

    • Degree - Education Degree  

    • Subject1 - Education Subject Area
