Description of Issue

Locate Email Logs from Forms within Enterprise ERP

Cause

Needing to know the status of emails being sent from within Forms



Resolution

From within Enterprise ERP

  1. Open the Tyler Menu

  2. Go to System Administration > General Administration > System Settings

  3. Click on the Email tab (2nd to last tab on the right)

  4. Under Audit Email Messages, you can select All Messages or Failed Messages from the dropdown

  5. Return to General Administration

  6. Now you can view Email Message Log from System Administration > General Administration > Email Log
