Difference between attached mappings and associated mappings
Looking to understand the difference between the attachment and associated documents/mappings in the document mappings screen in Munis

Munis-to-TCM MappingsÂ
Attached Mappings:
Displayed in the Attachments panel of Document Mapping screenÂ
Displayed where previous Generic Attachments would be stored (NOTE: This continually changes as sites move toward storing all attachments through TCM. Munis Development will replace all Generic attachment capability in all programs that can be translated in Munis)
Total count of all mappings in this panel are displayed on the paperclip via the ribbonÂ
Mappings provided by Munis can be disabled but cannot otherwise be modified
Custom mappings can be created with the assistance of SupportÂ
Associated Mappings:
Displayed in the Associated panel of Document Mapping screen
Most mappings are supporting documents (anything that relates/applies to the Munis screen itself)
Mappings provided by Munis can be disabled but cannot otherwise be modified
Users with the correct permissions and create and modify custom mappingsÂ
Total count of all mappings in this panel are not reflected on the paperclip via the ribbon, unlike the Attached mappings
