Errors received when creating a Service Request when Assets attributes have not been added to a role

Creating a Service Request produces error: Error getting service request default Subject of Service and Error getting service request default location code

Assets attributes Default service request Subject of Service and Default service request Work Location have not been added to the users attributes 

1. Add Assets module to the role 

   1. No permissions are needed, but module must be added in order to establish the Assets attributes
