User needs to download Munis data dictionary to build custom reports



Context

  • Enterprise ERP

  • Self-hosted, On-Prem clients

  • Tyler hosted, SaaS clients

  • Munis data dictionary

  • TRS Views



Cause

User needs a list of appropriate TRS views to build custom reports



Resolution

To download data dictionary from Enterprise ERP, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to Enterprise ERP > System Administration > Report Writer > Munis Data Dictionary Inquiry

  2. Click on Search and then Accept

  3. In the pop-up window, click Yes, Continue

  4. After the screen fetches all views' information, click on PDF icon in the top menu to export the results to PDF
