Abatement Entry Looks Different After Upgrading

Description of Issue

The first screen is different in Abatement Entry than it was in prior versions.

Context

Cause

A recent upgrade to a higher version of the program (2019.1+).

Resolution

Abatement Entry now adds abatements in batches. Batches can be thought of as folders that contain a group of entered abatements. The process is similar to batches used in Payment Entry. After adding a batch, the screen should look more familiar.
