Auto generate DTDF entries in Journal Entry is unchecked in General Ledger Settings
User updates journal header and enters PO/Ref2 info in Reference2 field
User clicks Gen DT/DF in journal header
User observes system-generated DTDF lines do not update with Reference2 infoÂ

To populate system-generated lines with Reference2 from journal header:
Financials > General Ledger Menu > Journal Entry/History > General Journal Entry/Proof
Click Gen DT/DFÂ without defining Reference2
Update
Enter Reference2
Accept
Select All when below prompt appears:
Warning
Reference 2 is saved on the detail lines. Would you like to update the first detail line, or all detail lines?
First All Cancel
Posting the journal will display Reference2 in PO/Ref2 field for system-generated lines
