Unposted contract change orders that contain account lines for future years beyond next year generate invalid encumbrance errors 

Work ticket MUN-434999 is open with development to address the issue.

Please contact Munis General Ledger Support to validate the errors

These errors should not be processed through project balance check

Once the contract change order is posted the error no longer appears on the report
