Description of Issue

Creating a purchase order and allocating against an ORG/OBJ/PROJ that does not exist in Account Master results in an unrecoverable error message and program hard closes.

Unrecoverable Error Detected

Munis has detected an unrecoverable error. This program will abort after you close this message.

Error condition: This org/object/project must exist in G/L Master accounts.
