Reverse Interest or Fee on Payment Plan

Interest on a payment plan needs to be adjusted or a fee that was added needs to be removed.

• NY Tax

Interest is incorrect or a fee was added in error. 

1. At the bottom of the payment plan, click the folder icon that says Waive Interest/Fees.

2. Enter the correct interest and fee amounts. 

3. Click Accept.
