Description of Issue

Receiving a fatal error on employees with a Teacher Incentive Allotment Designation Code - 

Rule 30040-0058: 

If at least one TEACHER-INCENTIVE-ALLOTMENT-DESIGNATION-CODE is reported for a staff person, then CREDITABLE-YEAR-OF-SERVICE-INDICATOR-CODE must not be blank.

Cause

Reporting agency file layout change



Resolution

Install MUN-432017 for your Munis Version, when available.  

The change will add the CREDITABLE-YEAR-OF-SERVICE-INDICATOR-CODE element to the submission file with a default value of 1.  Exceptions will need to be maintained in the submission file.
