Delete option missing in Print Payroll Checks and Advices

I don't see the Delete option in the Print Payroll Advices or Print Payroll Checks screen? 

• Payroll
• Payroll Start and Status
• Print Payroll Advices
• Print Payroll Checks
• Roles

The user was not setup as a Payroll Superuser. 

If the user is not setup as a Payroll Superuser in one of their Roles, they will not have access to Delete Advice or Check runs in Payroll.
