Maine VR not allowing monetary corrections, reverts to non-monetary

While processing a monetary correction a pop-up appears that reads There is no money being collected through this transaction.  This will be changed to a non-monetary correction.

The Accept button is being used before the transaction details are entered

1. Maine Vehicle Registration > Vehicle Registration Processing > Correction

2. Choose Monetary correction from the transaction type drop down

3. Click one of the blank search fields to initiate search

4. Enter search criteria

5. Click Accept

6. Click the Misc/Excise/Fees tab and make monetary adjustments

7. Click Accept
