  • Transaction Type 1 (Actuals) Posted



Cause

The beginning cash balance is taken for the cash account by first selecting the actuals up through (but not including) the reporting period



Resolution
  1. Confirm posted actual cumulative amount by using the account inquiry monthly option

    • Munis > Financials > Account Inquiry

    • Munis > Financials > General Ledger Menu > Inquiry & Reports > Account Inquiry

    • Munis > Departmental Functions > Account Inquiry

  2. Search

  3. Enter record selection criteria for needed balance sheet cash account in question for cash pool

  4. Accept

  5. Monthly

  6. Confirm CY Cumul Actual amount up through (but not including) the reporting period
