Something disrupted normal process of triggering workflow business rule pending actions and left transaction in error status

1. Confirm Munis emails typically used in workflow delivery for users are up and running normally
   • How To Send Test Email Through Munis
   • If emails error contact:
     • TSM for on premise sites
     • TSM SAAS for hosted services
2. Contact Munis Financial General Ledger Support to remote to server and script update to flip status "E" to status "H"
3. Release problem journals back into workflow so they can try and trigger correctly and send notification emails to approvers

This problem can also impacts General Journal Entry/Proof and Accounting Entries transactions
