Description of Issue

You do not have permission to access the view data window error occurs when trying to Pop Out Table option in HUB Card Designer.

Cause

User Role for Hub does not have User Application Right to Viewer permission.



Resolution

From the HUB screen a Munis Hub administrator will perform the following actions:

  1. Select cog wheel icon (settings).

  2. Administration.

  3. User Maintenance.

  4. Highlight User Name from Search list.

  5. Under Current Role section for User Application Rights.

    1. Add Application Rights drop down box arrow.

    2. Ensure Viewer is selected.

  6. Save option is found on the lower right hand side of screen, scroll down if needed.

  7. Have user log out of Munis and browser then reopen to see changes take effect.
