Description of Issue

User created multiple vacant positions in Salary and Benefit Projection and cannot find vacant positions when searching in Projection Employee Job/Salary

Cause

When searching for the vacant positions, the user had the search period set to Current



Resolution
  1. Access Projection Start and Status: Human Resources>Position Control and Budgeting>Salary and Benefit Projections>Projection Start and Status

  2. Click Employee Job/Salary

  3. Search for the Vacant positions

  4. Click All or Future in the search period field

  5. Click Accept



Additional Information

Vacant Positions are created with future effective dates, using the Current option for the search period will not pull up the future effective dated pay records
