Select subsequent titles ttselsub error

In the Select subsequent titles program user is receiving Munis the error: ttselsub Error selecting table txyrparm for a category 23 bill.

Tax year settings must be setup before the Select subsequent titles. 

1. From Tyler Menu go into Tax Year Settings

2. Create/edit tax year settings for the appropriate year

3. Retry selecting subsequent titles
