Random characters are printing on Tyler Forms

Cause

Printing a non-XML (flat file) form to XML



Resolution

Print the form to the designated Form printer instead of printing to XML. If you are uncertain which printer is meant to be used with the form's template, please log a case via the support portal or contact Tyler Forms Support at 800-772-2260 x 3807



Additional Information

Forms not designed to print to XML will print ASCII, which can appear as long numeric strings and special characters.
