HTTP 400 Bad Request error when opening Hub

Description of Issue

When trying to access Tyler HUB an error message populates stating Bad Request - Request Too Long. The size of the request headers is too long.

Context
  • Tyler Hub

  • Google Chrome

Cause

HTTP 400 errors are generally local cache issues due to corrupted cached pages whereas HTTP 500 errors are generally related to server errors on the hosting side. 

Resolution
  1. Open Google Chrome and press CTRL+SHIFT+DEL.

  2. Select Advanced.

  3. For Time range select All time.

  4. Check all options except Passwords and other sign-in data in popup window.

  5. Click Clear data.
