Description of Issue

WE are processing Time Entry import and getting this error

Error encountered while updating file



Context

  • Munis 

  • Payroll 

  • Payroll Processing

  • Time Entry Processing

  • Time Entry



Cause

Dates were not defined correctly



Resolution

  1. Go to to Time Entry (Payroll>Payroll Processing>Time Entry Processing>Time Entry)

  2. Click Import in the toolbar. 

  3. Define the applicable date format. (MM/DD/YYYY) and then process the Time Entry import again.
