Access to Employee Accrual Report

How do I grant a user access to the Employee Accruals Report.

Cause



Resolution

In order to gain access to the report three areas will need to be verified; Menu Security, Data Access, and Category Access.

Menu Security:

  1. Access Roles: System Administration > Security > Roles

  2. Search on the desired Role that will grant the user access

  3. Click on the Menu Security tab, the access box must be flagged along the menu path to Employee Accruals Report: Human Resources/Payroll > Payroll > Accrual Processing > Employee Accrual Report

  4. Click Edit and enable the Access box next to each program before clicking Forward:  enable the Access for Human Resources/Payroll > click Forward > enable Access for Payroll > click Forward > enable Access for Accrual Processing > click Forward > enable the Access for Employee Accruals Report click Accept


Data Access:

  1. Access Roles: System Administration > Security > Roles

  2. Search on the desired Role that will grant the user access

  3. On the Module View tab lick into the HR Management/Payroll folder

  4. Select Update and define at least a minimum level of Limited access to both Location and Org maintenance access, if defining limited click into the yellow folder to define the range of location and org codes to restrict the user


Category Access:

  1. Access Roles: System Administration > Security > Roles

  2. Search on the desired Role that will grant the user access

  3. On the Module View tab lick into the HR Management/Payroll folder > click the Category Access tab

  4. Click Update and select the desired level of access for EMPLOYEE ACCRUALS and click Accept
