Program stopped error when creating a prenote

Error given after Prenote Tape/Display:

Program stopped at 'pradvreg.4gl',line number XXXX. FORMS statement error number - 1322. A report output file cannot be opened: No such file or directory.

Incorrect naming format used in the ACH file name.

A slash symbol was used in the naming of the file causing it to read incorrectly.

Remove any special characters when defining the ACH file name.

Underscores can be used instead in the file name.
