Getting an Error when selecting prenote option in Employee Deductions

In Employee Deductions, user clicks Prenote File and gets following error:

Error Program stopped at 'pradvreggl', line number 4795. FORMS statement error number -1322. A report output file cannot be opened: \\fsrv_01\g\mun5191prod\spool_519prod\: Invalid argument.

• Prenote
• Payroll Start and Status

User was assigned to a Void Run Type warrant in Payroll Start and Status. 

1. Navigate to Payroll>Payroll Processing>Payroll Start and Status.
2. Search for a non-Void Run Type warrant. Click Accept.
3. Click Change in toolbar.
4. Return to Payroll>Employee Maintenance>Employee Deductions.
5. Click on Prenote File.
