How To Tell Who Posted a Payroll Journal PRJ to the GL

How can I tell who posted a Payroll Journal, PRJ, to the General Ledger?

• Financials

• General Ledger Menu

• Journal Entry/History

• Journal Inquiry/Print

It is not clear who posted the Payroll Journal, (PRJ), to the General Ledger. 

Go to Financials> General Ledger Menu> Journal Entry/History> Journal Inquiry Print, click Search, define Source as PRJ, define Year, Period, Journal Number, and click Accept. 

The Field "Created By" displays the user that created the Journal 

You do not need to define all three items in Journal Inquiry/Print, the Year, Period, and Journal Number. You can define any or all to narrow your search.
