Shifts are not identified as Processed from My calendar when they have been processed to payroll

Description of Issue

Processed shifts should display as "Processed" when hovering over the shift from the My calendar page, and should display as "Processed" when the shift is clicked on and displays the 'View shift instance' pop-up.
