Description of Issue

Customer Central results appear in Wingdings font.

Customer data corrupted.

Invalid customers added after import.

Cause

When a lockbox import is processed with an incorrect file type customers with corrupted data are created. Random characters, special and non-special, populate the fields for customer name, address, contact info, etc...

Resolution

Corrupted customer records must be deleted. If users are unable to delete customer records please contact support for assistance.
