Update From Email Address For Emails Generated From Munis EERP Programs

Description of Issue

  • This is the Email Security Gateway at Host Hsyarbarracuda.tylertech.com

  • The Message Below Could not be Delivered. 550-5.7.1[208.64.237.255] Messages Missing a valid Message-ID header are not 550.5.7.1 accepted

Cause

EERP is configured to use Saasmail and the relevant form(s) are using a non-compliant From Email Address (reply address)

Resolution

If printing to a Tyler Form, please contact EERP Forms Support


If printing to a ReadyForm, navigate to System Administration > Printer / Device Administration > ReadyForms > Delivery Definitions

  1. Click Search and enter the Name of the delivery definition

  2. Click Accept

  3. Under the Steps heading, highlight the email step and click Update

  4. Under the Actions heading, enter noreply@tylertech.com in the From Email Address field

  5. Click Accept

Additional Information

If using the Tyler SES service in AWS the reply address must end in @mail.munis.tylerhost.net
