Description of Issue
Invoice was deleted, but Purchase Order did not re-encumber funds that were liquidated
Context

Accounts Payable
Cause
AP Setting Re-encumber liquidated PO's upon cancellation of an invoice is not selected
Resolution
- Financials > Accounts Payable > Setup > Accounts Payable Settings
- Click Update
- Select Re-encumber liquidated PO's upon cancellation of an invoice
- Click Accept
- Update liquidated amount of Purchase Order:
Paid invoice without liquidating Purchase Order - incorrect liquidated amount
