Deleted Invoice Did Not Re-Encumber Purchase Order

Invoice was deleted, but Purchase Order did not re-encumber funds that were liquidated

AP Setting Re-encumber liquidated PO's upon cancellation of an invoice is not selected

• Financials > Accounts Payable > Setup > Accounts Payable Settings

1. Click Update
2. Select Re-encumber liquidated PO's upon cancellation of an invoice
3. Click Accept

• Update liquidated amount of Purchase Order:

Paid invoice without liquidating Purchase Order - incorrect liquidated amount
