Calc code 06 allows for an additional withholding added to the amount calculated from the tax table. The additional amount is defined in Employee Deductions in the Employee Amt/Pct field.

Calc Code 05:

This calculation looks at a tax table to determine the amount to withhold in the payroll. Marital Status and Exemptions are defined on the Employee Deduction record.

Calc Code 06:

This calculation looks at a tax table to determine the amount to withhold in the payroll and applies an additional amount as defined on the Employee Deduction record. Marital Status and Exemptions are defined on the Employee Deduction record.
