YTD Budget Report - Remove unused funds

How to remove any funds on YTD Budget report that no longer have activity

• YTD Budget Report

• Hide

• Suppress

• Exclude

• Unused

Overtime there are unused funds that site would like to avoid reporting on

• If there is no activity on the Expense and Revenue accounts the Report Option for Suppress Zero Amount Accounts could be selected

• Accounts could be set to inactive in Account Master, then run YTD Budget Report for only Active accounts

Site could use query builder's query wizard option to make a complex account selection criteria that simply pulls all needed funds while excluding unneeded funds.  Saved queries can be loaded and executed as needed
