Print Payroll Advices screen closes out when using ReadyForms

• We are trying to send out our pay advices through Readyforms with our Direct Deposit Advice delivery Definition, it is starting the process but then closing out the window without sending out the electronic advices / physical advices.  Been working around this by printing smaller batches of advices.

Site processing vendor advices in payroll, and there is a comma in the Company name in Vendors screen

Remove the comma from the Vendor name

1. Access Vendors (Financials > Accounts Payable > Vendor Processing > Vendors)

2. Search for the Vendor

3. Click Update

4. Remove the comma from the Company Name field

5. Click Accept

• May be able to view the comma by reviewing the Name column of the Advice Register report from the payroll

• Removing the comma will prevent the issue from happening in future payrolls
