Contract Browse does not show TCM Paperclip count correctly

On the Contract browse screen in Contract Entry or Contract Change Order, the TCM Paperclip that shows attachments either isn't showing correctly or is not displaying the correct count.

This is a Munis EERP defect

• Please download MUN-480074 from Tyler Deploy when available

• Clicking into the paperclip may still show the Contract attachments even if the count is zero. Otherwise, look up the attachments from the main contract screen (not the browse).
