Description of Issue

Need to retrieve all MBE classifications for a given vendor through a TRS views for custom reporting



Context

Cause

View database column overlay shows MBE classifications as derived



Resolution

To view this field in Munis, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to Munis > Financials > Purchasing > Setup > Vendors

  2. Click on Miscellaneous tab to view the MBE classifications list

This list is available in TRS view ap_vendor_minority under column ms_code and its corresponding description is available under column ms_long_description
