Description of Issue

Generate error occurs making it so client is unable to created electronic file.

No eligible property records found. To be eligible for reporting, the property records must be included in a created invoice and must not be included in an e-file already processed.

Cause

Purged first record generate to update Invoices. Error occurred because the Invoice Date Range needed to be updated.



Resolution

  1. Select Unclaimed Property Report

  2. Select Define

  3. Update the Invoice Date Range
