Description of Issue

Program stopped at 'TransactionItemReferenceAdapter.4gl', line number 406. SQL statement error number -6372 (-8672). [Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 11.0][SQL Server]The MERGE statement attempted to UPDATE or DELETE the same row more than once

Cause

In this scenario a user working in Adjust Invoices - User Def. Edit might be looking to update a record and will be met with an error upon looking to add text to a blank field. The error will display: Program stopped at 'TransactionItemReferenceAdapter.4gl', line number 406. SQL statement error number -6372 (-8672). [Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 11.0][SQL Server]The MERGE statement attempted to UPDATE or DELETE the same row more than once.



Resolution
