Description of Issue

  • User is attempting to assign a next year budget rollup code to an account in Account Master

  • Next year budget rollup is grayed out

  • User is expecting to be able to populate the field but is unable to



Context

General Ledger Settings

Account Master



Cause

Allow use of next year rollup groups was unchecked in General Ledger Settings



Resolution

To enable Next year budget rollup in Account Master: 

Financials > General Ledger Menu > Set Up/Chart of Accounts > General Ledger Settings

  • Click Update

  • Select Allow use of next year rollup groups

  • Accept

Close and reopen Account Master
